These earphones are great for conference calls! The other party heard me just fine despite the fact that I am soft spoken. - My biggest issue is you can not control the volume from the earbuds. I'd have to turn it on/off and repeatedly put in/remove from the charging case until it connected and illuminated which was a pain in the butt. The batteries usually last about 4 hours before they need to be charged by the case that comes included. Sometimes, I had to work through some combination of redocking the earbuds in the clamshell housing, pressing buttons for different time periods, removing the sync status from my iPhone, and then repeating until I found the proper combination of button presses.
